Blake Rumuly is a Learning and Impact Officer at Galaxy Gives. They manage the organization’s effort to build and innovate in the areas of impact measurement and learning.

Prior to joining Galaxy Gives, Blake worked as a research and policy analyst at the University of Virginia, as the data analytics researcher at TED Conferences, and as a research assistant for the department head of education at Vassar College. They bring their expertise in qualitative research, data analysis, and a passion to advance society through improved policy and research understanding for the communities most harmed. They work to expand the foundation’s research and analytical capacity through a strong focus on data.

Blake earned a BA in education from Vassar College and an MS in learning analytics from Columbia University.
