Natalie Baddour

Natalie Baddour is a first-generation Palestinian and the co-founder of Fully Liberated Youth (FLY), which provides therapeutic, mentorship, and wraparound services to system-involved young people and those at risk of system involvement throughout the Denver-Metro Area.

A licensed counselor trained in EMDR and MI, Natalie’s relationships with those who have been impacted by gang and system involvement have allowed her to find meaning in her own experiences. Those relationships have also helped to her recognize how systems of trauma such as epigenetics, racism, oppression, poverty, and unhealthy power impact our mind, body, spirit, and larger collectiveness.

Natalie is also the founder of Noor, a consulting business and an organizer and advocate within her community seeking a healthy, equitable, and liberated world.
